Solar Haven
I'm probably getting annoying here...what with having started a discussion on their genders recently and all, but hey--curiosity kills the cat, not me. I was thinking--Kibeth is a dog, right? I wonder if (notice the if!) all of the Seven had some kind of animal or mystical shape, what would it be? Here are some of my initial thoughts. - Ranna: Either a tiny little kitten or a lion. Ranna makes things go to sleep, and both kittens and lions are profoundly lazy. - Mosreal: Screetch owl. They really do wake the dead. - Kibeth: Dog is perfect. - Dyrim: For some reason, a grizzly bear comes to mind. Don't ask why. - Saraneth: Hawk - Astarael: Hmmm...something to do with death? Acctually, I was thinking of the Grim, or the Black Dog, wich is an omen of death. But Kibeth seems to have that already. Perhaps, then, a "nightmare," one of those flaming skeletal horses? - Yrael: A raven, in reference to his tricky ways - Orranis: Man
jo the wallmaker
Yes, I've thought about this, too.
Ranna: a bear (as they hibernate) Mosrael: a magpie (a bird known for their loud racous behaviour) Kibeth: Dog (obviously, and they are known for their penchant for walking - d'you wanna go for a walk, huh, do ya do ya do ya? ) Dyrim: a primate of some sort Saraneth: man (for binding other creatures to will) Astarael: a crocodile Yrael: cat Orannis: some creature not seen before... I dunno what.
wud b abhorsen if i left my guitar alone
Hmm, cool thoughts there.
Ranna - a mouse? Something small and harmless but still has potential to do damage
Mosrael - Those stupid bird that sing the dawn chorus which can be heard right through my wall, window and roof grrr
Kibeth - Hmm, hows about a dog?
Dyrim - I don't know, somehting that thinks
Saraneth - I had a really good idea for this but I forgot
Astarael - I would have to say raven because of the things tht say they appear when there is death or something
Yrael - Fox? If you use the fairytale stereotypes
Orannis - a random
Hang on, isn't this meant to be about races? Doesn't that mean what colour they are? But I'll answer that anyway, I'm not being racist here but I can see them all being shock white for no reason whatever
Astaraneth
Ranna- fairy, I just see her as being ethereal and innocent Mosrael- See-saw (at least his* statuette) * I assume that Mosrael's a he. Kibeth- Dog Dyrim- A squat person. I have no idea why. Belgaer- Eagle, Again, no idea as to why. Saraneth- Just a person with an overpowering presence Astarael- A female figure somewhat resembling the Corpse Bride (the haunting look) Mogget- Cat Orannis- Some dark shape, surrounded by flames.
Like wud b I see all of them as Caucasians
kibeth lives on
Ranna- I think of a frog just because rana in spanish is frog
Mosrael- Howler monkey, I mean, they make a ton of noisem they could raise the dead!
Kibeth- um...I wonder...
Dyrim- some sort of song bird, small and quaint
Belgaer- parrot, they are supposed to be really smart
Saraneth- a python since they sort of "bind" their prey
Astarael- Owl...dunnom, they always seem to be associated with death
Yrael- cat
Orannis- I have to agree and say man, we are the most destructive things to walk this earth
contemptible cat
I have two different sets, one with them as bird, one as animals:
Saraneth, lion (male) for tall, imposing, powerful. Also noble. Kibeth as a dog, for obvious reasons. Dyrin, as a talkative little rat. I own rats, and they are very very very noisy animals. Mosreal, hare or rabbit- I had this sort of paranoid, worried personality, and a rabbit fit. Ranna- sand fox. I swear, when i see a sand fox, I fall asleep. Astarael- swan. Begear, a crow. Smarty pants birdies. Orannis- viper or puff adder. Yreal- cat or really grumpy mule (no, don't ask)

XD Having written ahead in the roleplay, I've finally started picturing what the shiners may look like as people for one of Tara's posts ^^ Also, now that I read over that initial post of yours again, it's very insightful, thinking of oranis, the destroyer of worlds, as a man. Interesting I'll never be able to think of belgaer as anything except a squishy, loveable bishy again. In fact, I think I'll leave him out of tara's future posts because I wouldn't want to trash on him Tara luuurves Stay ^_^ They're such a weird couple >.> Imagine if they had children. *hugs, tackles* XD

Oh my goodness, can you imagine what their children would LOOK like? 0.0 Not to mention the trouble they'd get into, what with a shape-shifting ability and natural necromancer skills!
Then again, I wonder if Stray would really make a good father. I think Tara would actually make a better mother >_>.
